We ordered to go. The food was good, we got a good variety of different sauces which we liked. The only thing that would deter me from coming back would be the customer service, the older lady who rang our order seemed less than thrilled to be at work. She was extremely impatient with us as this was our first time here and we didn't know what to order. When we asked if the baked beans were more sweet or savory she said "they're beans" not entirely too helpful. (ps they're sweet)

Our first time here, and we will be back! We both had a half deck of baby back ribs for $15.99, a fair price with two sides each, decent portion . Being from Memphis., we know rips. We both ordered dry expecting a dry rub on the ribs. This is the only take away from this place. They were without any seasoning, but 4 different sauces to flavor your ribs. A house sauce was pretty good with a kick, a sweet sauce that was pretty good, a medium sauce that was my favorite and vinegar base sauce. Our waitress, Danielle, was very knowledgeable about their menu and suggested our sides. We had potato salad, coleslaw, baked beans, and collard greens, and there was enough for us both to sample each other's sides. The ribs were very meaty for baby backs, collard greens were peppery, which was good, but the baked beans were not anything special. We both like the coleslaw a lot, and the potato salad was pretty tasty. A big piece of garlic bread accompanied each plate. We will definitely be back to sample other items on the menu . The service was very good and the inside of the restaurant was not what we expected from the outside since it's in a Plaza on Little Rd.

It's hard to find good bbq in Florida, so when my husband & I came across this place, which is a gem we where thrilled. The baby back ribs are good, we got dry so that we can taste the four bbq sauces they had. Sweet was my fav. Our side dishes, potato salad, good, coleslaw, delish & collard greens was a tad spiced but good. The service was great , our waitress , Daniel was awesome, she told us about the sides & she knew the menu. The place was very clean . We will be back, happy we found some real bbq.

Pit Boss Bar-B-Q is like visiting friends for lunch. The food is delicious and they are so friendly. It's a really cozy spot to belly up to the bar and enjoy some goodies.

Pit Boss has been a favorite of mine for over 20 years now. It's a tiny little place tucked away in this small plaza. I usually find parking in the front but they also have parking around back as well. It is dark when you walk in and the bbq smell greets you as you walk in in a non overpowering and welcoming way. If your not hungry before you open the door you will be when you smell what's cooking. A friendly environment good for family, causal get togethers or even the lunch meeting/after hours session. It is not intimate and they do have a bar are with some tv's to catch a game. Staff has always been great, friendly and attentive. But it's really all about the food. Affordable prices, decent quantities not overflowing plates but really satisfying for sure. Everything here is great. Hope you go and enjoy!

So let's roll into this review. I will add photos when we order again. Hands down best Onion Rings, crunchy and plentiful. Bbque absolutely incredible. Burgers are yummy. Wings are cooked to perfection. My Absolute favorite is the BBQUE Chicken cooked t9 perfection. They make incredible fries and their coleslaw is spot on. This is another favorite place when I visit family. Prices are really good and the service Is Wonderful.

We love everything about this place. We sit at the bar and the service is great. My guy gets the pulled bbq every time. I've had that and the pulled chicken, both terrific. He got collard greens and fries which he loved. I did a dbl green beans which didn't disappoint. You must try the onion rings. Those were my fav! Didn't get a picture!
